Built as British contender for the 1983 America's Cup. However, although the sponsor decided to build a new 12m. designed by Ian Howlett, Victory 83 with wings, it was considered that K21 (Victory of Burnham) was the faster boat. Victory came 3rd in Jubilee Regatta 2001 and in her last 3 races she gained : 2nd, 2nd, 1st

Oxford Blue aluminium hull, traditional fin, trim tab & rudder shape (no wings), white aluminium superstructure, 6 x berths in open plan area with 1.90m headroom, 24.12 tons displacement, lead ballast, no windows but Lewmar hatches, twin wheel steering, 1 x 60 gall. fuel tank

Very basic open plan racing interior with 6 x berths, pine slats, 1.90m headroom, small galley with 2 x burner hob, heads. Cobalt 3/4 Bermudan, aluminium mast, Cobalt aerofoiled standing rigging, running rigging inc. new Dyneema spinnaker guys, mainsail reefing system for Dacron main, rope and hydraulic backstay adjustment, 9 x Lewmar winches
